There's a gorgeous Alan Scott Wood Fired Oven at Yelens Studio Gallery. Built a few years ago by a group of willing workers, under the supervision of Alan Scott - it is a thing of beauty.
We don't use it often enough and are always on the lookout for an itinerant baker who might choose to come and live here ... and bake! (Bakers - please email us if you are interested!
But in the meantime - we are planning a series of wood-fired oven gourmet pizza making workshops with Chris from Culinaire Cooking School in 2011.
